  >  When will at item be restocked?

Popular items are constantly being restocked as well as new items being added all the time! If you're looking for a particular item feel free to send us an email at info@ozsportsdirect.com.au and we can check it out for you.

>  I've entered the wrong shipping address!

Uh oh! We'll need to know that right away so we can get that changed before your parcel is sent out. Email us at info@ozsportsdirect.com.au or call us during business hours on (07) 4819 2200. 

>  Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, we can do that, we know that we can all get a bit excited when shopping online! You'll just need to contact us ASAP so we can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. 

 

SHIPPING

 >  Do you offer overnight express shipping? 

Unfortunately, our warehouse is not located within the express post guaranteed network, so we cannot guarantee overnight delivery. However express post deliveries to Brisbane are usually delivered next day. Check out our Shipping Info for further details on express delivery to other areas.  

 

 

RETURNS

 >  Do you offer returns? 

 We sure do! When your parcel arrives it will contain a copy of our returns and exchanges form which tells you everything you need to know. You can also find this info on our Returns and Exchanges here

 

CUSTOMER REGISTRATION

 Can I get a new customer discount?

Certainly!  Customers who register to receive our periodic email newsletter can join the OzSportsDirect gang and keep in touch for new product launches, sales and discount offers and regular information.  We offer a 5% discount on your first purchase order value (when order exceeds $50) as a one-time offer.  When you register, you will emailed a coupon code to use at Checkout to claim your discount.
