We accept product exchange requests**, as long as products are returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition, with all tags attached and in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days, we are happy to exchange garments for a different size.
(**Returns and exchanges are not accepted for headwear, ie Caps, Beanies, Bucket Hats)
Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning any items to us, but we offer a complimentary exchange service back to you via Standard Australia Post within Australia. However, if you have received a New Customer Welcome discount or a Free Shipping discount (for orders >$150), then all postage costs for any exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Any exchanges for overseas deliveries will attract a flat rate fee of AUD$20.

We recommend you call, email or complete the online returns form to check availability of the size you require, so that your desired item can be reserved for you, pending successful return.
Please ensure you include a copy of your Dispatch Note, or a letter to identify your name and order number. If returning goods for a refund we will either credit your AfterPay, PayPal, ZipMoney account or the credit/debit card used to place your order within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Your refund will cover the purchase cost of items returned, but not the original freight charge.
Goods returned outside the specified 30 days period, will be accepted if received here up to 8 weeks (max 56 days) after purchase if not worn, but will attract an Admin and Restocking Charge of $10 so any refund or exchange value will be reduced accordingly. We also reserve the right to refund at the current prices of products returned after 30 days.
