  >  When will an item be restocked?

Many of our ranges are seasonal and are only produced for that year / sporting season and therefore suppliers do not carry additional stock for refills. However new ranges are being added at different times of the year! If you're looking for a particular item feel free to send us an email at info@ozsportsdirect.com.au and we can check it out for you.

>  I've entered the wrong shipping address!

Uh oh! We'll need to know that right away so we can get that changed before your parcel is sent out. Email us at info@ozsportsdirect.com.au with the correct details and we will update. 

>  Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, we can do that, we know that we can all get a bit excited when shopping online! You'll just need to contact us ASAP so we can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. 

 

SHIPPING

 >  Do you offer overnight express shipping? 

Our shipping warehouse is located in Central Queensland, so we cannot guarantee overnight delivery. However express post deliveries to Brisbane / Gold Coast are usually delivered next day. Check out our Shipping Info for further details on express delivery to other areas.  

 

RETURNS

 >  Do you offer returns? 

We sure do on full-priced items! When your parcel arrives it will contain a copy of our returns form which tells you everything you need to know. You can also find this info on our Returns here
